How do I add personalization to my item?  Enter your details (name, title, dates, message, etc.) in the personalization field on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

If you don’t see a personalization field—or need to share special instructions or upload an image—complete your purchase and then contact us with your order number. You can send your notes and files after checkout, and we’ll follow them closely. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out before making your item.

How long does production take? Typically 2–3 business days. Order earlier during peak fall/Halloween weeks; rush options may be available—contact us first.

Are the sweatshirts and tees true to size? Our core garments are unisex with a classic fit. Check the size chart on each product page; when between sizes, consider sizing up for an oversized cozy look.

Do you accept returns on personalized items? Personalized items are made to order and are generally non‑returnable unless there’s a manufacturing issue. If something’s not right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
