Track Your Order

Stay up to date on your order from production to delivery. Once your item has shipped, we'll email you a carrier tracking link and you'll be able to see the latest scan events. If your order is still in production, you’ll see the estimated ship date in the original order confirmation. Have questions? We’re here to help.

  • If you can’t find the tracking email or you want to check on the status of your order, fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.

Helpful notes:

  • Processing time: Most personalized items ship within 2–3 business days. A tracking link will be emailed to you after the package is handed to the carrier.

  • Pre‑shipment: A label may be created before the first carrier scan; updates usually appear within 24–48 hours.

  • Split shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship separately; you’ll get a tracking link for each shipment.
