  • Return window: 15 days from delivery for most items; items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Personalized/custom: Returns accepted for workmanship or quality issues; for change‑of‑mind, contact us—we’ll review options.

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

  • Exchanges: Choose Exchange on the form or contact us.

  • Exceptions: Final sale, gift cards, and used/worn items aren’t returnable unless defective.

  • Return shipping: We cover return shipping for our errors/defects; otherwise, a label cost may be deducted from your refund.
